Returns Policy

A return must be made within 21 days of you receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, complete with all original tags still in place, and in original and resalable condition free from marks/stains. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails to meet the above terms. Product exchanges are currently not possible, but this is something we are working on. Currently, in order to get another product, colour or size, you will have to place a new order. However,

Returning a Faulty Product

We will issue a replacement on a faulty item or refund assuming they are returned within 21 days period. Before returning any faulty products, please email our customer service department, providing images and the relative information so that we can aim to get this resolved as quickly as possible.  Please contact us on the site form for further details.

Returning a Wrong Issued Item 

If you are to receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologies. Please email our customer service department as soon as possible providing the full details of your order, so that we can get this matter resolved. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of receiving your returned order. Once we authorize a refund your bank can take between 2-5 working days to show this in your account.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a slip with your name and order number in your package.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Dion of Paeania™ is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

Please note return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect.
